version of my cookbook and the free books for

It said the file was corrupted/damaged, what should I do?
A12: The file was damaged or
corruptetd because some data were lost during the
download. This is especially true if you have slow
dial-up connection. The files on our server have
been tested on Windows and Macintosh systems as
well as most popular web browsers and they can all
be opened correctly. Don't worry. You simply need
to
your full name, date of purchase and receipt
ID (as much information as you can find). As soon
as we find your purchase record in our database,
we will send you the download link.
