Made with sweet soybean milk, this northern Chinese
dish is a popular item at street hawker stands.
Ingredients*:
Sweet Soybean Milk
Crullers
Dried Shrimp
Szechuan pickled mustard greens
Pork sung
Rice vinegar
Chili oil
Soy sauce
Sesame Oil
Salt
*In desired quantities
Directions:
Place all the ingredients with the exception of the
soybean milk into a medium size bowl. Pour the
boiled soybean milk into the bowl and serve.
